Responsibilities

Responsible for HR operation report (manpower, absenteeism, attrition and HR Metric) by weekly and monthly basis, Ensuring that all data accurate by coordinating with related parties and analyzing the source of data and also responsible for monitoring employee probation and contract and sending the reminder to related direct superior ;

• Conduct exit interview process;
• Monitor probation & contract employee and send reminder to related direct superior;
• Provide monthly report for Manpower report, attrition and absenteeism;
• Analyzing & providing feedback for all report issued;
• Send to related Function Head for Absenteeism rapport ;
• Update employment change data for probation and contract status;
• Responsible for employee annual leave process and control manual tracker;
• Responsible for employee movement and provide advice for cost of movement to related user;
• Ad hoc assignment given by the director

Requirements

• University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor or Master Degree
• Available for full time 6 months internship, Monday – Friday from 9.00am – 6.00pm
