    Livit helps tech startups succeed and grow fast. In order for us to support the internal startups with the best resources possible we are looking for a recruitment coordinator that can ensure a high quality of candidates for all of our job openings.
    As the Junior Recruitment Coordinator you will be mainly responsible for supporting recruitment team to conduct the recruitment process as well as all contact with the startups and candidates.

    Responsibilities
    • Support recruitment activities. Including interviews, publications, head hunting and administrations for the company and its startups.
    • Daily communication with our applicants.
    • Outreach to different channels (universities, communities, online medias etc) to attract top talents
    • Ensure all applicants receive the best possible experience during the whole recruiting process
    • Supporting and organizing the recruiting process at Livit.
    • Support the arrangement of documents with the legal and financial departments
    • Ensuring all new hires receive a great on-boarding experience
    • Building sustainable relationships and position Livit on the marked to optimize recruitment

    Professional requirements
    • 3+ years of practical experience within general recruitment
    • Experience in tech recruitment is a plus
    • Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle processes
    • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
    • Experience with mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
    • Practical experience within general HR and recruitment functions
    • Practical knowledge in Social Media
    • Business level of English (spoken and written).
    • Business user of Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
    • Experience within General Affair, Office and Administrative Assistance is preferred
    • Experience and skills within headhunting and boolean search
    • Technically skilled and fast learner of new online systems (Google Tools, Asana, Slack, etc.).
    • Proficient at using LinkedIn and ATS

    Personal skills
    • Bright and social with a strong attitude to tackle problems
    • Reliable, honest and thorough, attention to details and capable of handling sensitive information
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and act fast
    • Self-motivated, can work without direct supervision
