Responsibilities

• In charge of Home Category in Merchandiser/Buyer department
• In charge maintaning good relationship with all vendors/suppliers
• In charge of maintaning all process in buying and selling steps in Buyer Department to work perfectly and effectively
• Create the effective marketing strategy
• Coordinate all the preparation, checking, and completion of any reports related in Buyer Department required by Management
• Manage Merchandiser/Buyer Department and analyze Merchandiser's/Buyers' performances

Requirements

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience as Manager / Assistant Managers specializing iin Merchandising/Buyer for Home
• Applicants must be willing to work in Slipi,Jakarta Barat.
• Have strong leadership, analytical, detail oriented, good interpersonal and excellent decision making skill
• Have a strong understanding in Home category field
• Good communication in English
• Preferably possesed driving license (SIM A)
