We are urgently looking for a talented person to join our client as Information Service Leader Operation. Our client is a well-known multinational company based in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia. The suitable talent will be placed in Information Service department/division to support global operation of the company.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old.
• At least Bachelor's Degree from Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering.
• Overall 5-8 years of experience in business / Information Service.
• Experience in multinational Company, engagement with multi-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in operating and delivering in a complex environment, including people management.
• Experience in collaboration between users and global vendors.
• Have knowledge in service management (I.T.I.L).
• Experience in Application Support.
• Experience in Service Management and Planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English. (the interview will be conducted in English)
• Good understanding of key IS delivery processes.
• Good understanding of Operations/Manufacturing business processes is an advantage.
• Indonesian citizenship.
• Able to join immediately or 1 month's notice at the latest.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned Information services required by customers are planned, delivered, controlled and continuously improved within the agreed service levels.
• Actively collaborate and build relationship with customers, suppliers and service partners on all aspects of service or project delivery to ensure the "end to end" service chain or deliverable is aligned to meet the current and future needs of the customers.
• Monitor and report on service quality (using service management principles and other methods as appropriate) and propose improvement plans in order to improve service levels that meet the needs of customers.
• Plan and manage the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal suppliers in order to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs.
