Mindreach is looking for an experienced Creative and Web designer to manage and take ownership of our branding and creative management initiative. Their main responsibility will be to improve and manage our company website(s) but will also be tasked to manage advertisement creatives, and anything else related to the company's branding, and public image.


We are looking for someone to completely enhance our company image and take it to a whole new creative level; ensuring our market base continues to recognize our name and our brand. As the company grows, you will also be tasked to help build out and expand the team in the future.​

We work with a broad range of companies in various industries, providing services ranging from Data Entry & Image Processing, to Web Design and Software development.

Responsibilities:

• Development, management and maintenance of company website(s) to ensure design and public image stays current and fresh.
  
• Ensure website(s) remains error and bug free.
  
• Front-end creative development for web applications.
  
• Advertisement creative designing.
  
• Logo(s) design
  
• Provide advise and ownership on all things creative

What are the skill we need:

1. Advance HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
   
2. UX UI Development & Design
   
3. Experience with workflow, wireframing and schematic creation
   
4. Advance Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills
   
5. PHP & coding skills a major plus
   
6. Experience working with different platforms such as Wordpress, Magento, etc.
   
7. Experience with iOS and Android interface a plus
   
8. Strong communication skills
   
9. Extremely organized
   
10. Minimum 3-5 year working experience in related field.
    
11. Minimum age of 22
    
12. Advance and in-depth portfolio required
    
13. Minimum S1 degree

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) WIB
