    The plain-looking girl, who looked hurt after judges told her she couldn't make it, gave them more than a piece of her mind.

    The unnamed contestant pulled her bra from under her dress and threw it at the three judges.

    The judges dodged as the pink bra landed on the table in front of the judge seated in the middle, Huang Xinyu, who is Taiwan pop prince Jay Chou's dance teacher.

    The contest was organised by a China website and Mr. J, an entertainment company owned by Chou.

    The judges had stopped the contestant after her listless rendition of A-Mei's Listen To The Sea. One judge asked if she was singing or merely reading out the lyrics.

    She replied that she thought she had sung well.

    Mr. Huang then told her to be more serious and gave her a second chance. She then pulled a long face and continued singing. But there wasn't much improvement.

    One of the judges stopped her again, saying: "I still think that won't do."

    Miffed, the contestant barked: "So what do you want me to do?''

    Mr. Huang then asked her again to be serious.

    The contestant replied: "I'm very serious! Is there something wrong with your ears? Who says I don't sing well?"

    While the judges were still trying to defuse the situation, the contestant pulled out her pink bra from under her dress and threw it at the panel before stalking off.

    Bemused, the judges asked a crew member to remove the bra from the table before continuing with the contest.

    The video clip, which is making its rounds on website forums in China and Hong Kong, drew many responses from netizens, most of whom were amused.

    Some said the girl was crazy, while others said in a Hong Kong forum that she was faking it to become famous.
