[TANYA] Memecah game berukuran > 1 DVD

Sama, pakai cara ini juga dan langsung split ke ukuran dvd 4,37GB per partnya. Serta ditambahin Recovery Record 10% biar jaga-jaga kalo dvdnya lecet atau bad sector.

rata2 pake winrar, klo compress ultra utk iso game ngefek ga ya? maksud gw bs berkurang ga sizenya

 

Kalo file ISO gak terlalu signifikan hasil kompresinya dan lama afaik. Yang TLR itu kebetulan file installer-nya, bukan ISO, dan iseng-iseng aja ay kompres ulang dengan Best.

Kalo banyak waktu silakan coba aja kompres ISO dengan Best, tapi perbandingan antara waktu dan hasilnya tidak sepadan IMO

Soalnya habis split file ISO ke ukuran DVD5 biasanya langsung dibakar

 

bisalah berkurang ukurannya..tergantung gamenya juga..
terakhir saya coba iso PES 2010 5.4 gb jadi 3.7 gb.
pake 7zip level kompresi ultra.
tapi prosesnya lama hampir 1 jam.

 

hoo, ic2, jd habis split iso pake winrar lansung burn gitu ya

wah beda jauh banget, yg tadinya ga muat 1 dvd skrg cuma 3.7GB
mmg tergantung gamenya ya? koq bs ada yg berkurang banyak, ada jg yg berkurang cuma dikit..

 

mungkin karena sama produsennya ada yang sudah di kompres dan ada yang tidak.
contoh DA Origin filenya 8 gb setelah install bisa belasan gb. mestinya data2 nya sudah dikompres biar muat di DVD9 jadi mau dikompes lagi sudah ga bisa.
ga bakal ada penurunan ukuran file.

udah pasti kejamin pecah jd dvd5 dan pasti jalan

 

kayanya gw mpe skrg masih percaya winrar deh stel di best compres methodnya n bikin solid archive supaya jaga2 gak ada file yg rusak trs boleh diprotek password lg (asal jgn lupa aja passwordnya gawat tuh....)

 

jelas kalo gw pecah pake winrar.. easy way.. ga pake lama haha.. XD

 

Grid Installer 2 DVD

1. Copy the DVD9 to a new folder called "Grid"

2. Extract my rar file to that new folder saying yes to any prompts:

3. Run the modify.bat file & wait (Approximately time = 10 mins)

4. Delete the following folders from the Grid folder

5. Delete the following files from the Grid folder

Iscab.exe

6. Remove the file data3.cab from the Grid folder & place it on your desktop

7. Make a new ISO from the Grid folder using that as it's volume name

DVD 2

1. Delete the file data2.cab inside the Grid folder & replace with data3.cab

2. Edit the autorun.inf to look like this

Tom Clancy's EndWar

1. Create 'EndWar' temp folder

2. Copy DVD content to 'EndWar'

3. Download endwar_dvd5.7z and extract it to 'EndWar' folder

4. Run 01_editlayout.bat

5. Run only one of these, depending which language you want to keep

* 02_english_only.bat
* 02_french_only.bat
* 02_german_only.bat
* 02_italian_only.bat
* 02_spanish_only.bat

6. Run 03_clean_up.bat after 02_*.bat is finished

7. Edit setup.ini [language] section for your language

1. Make 2 temp folders
2. Extract all files from ISO to first temp folder.
3. Extract files from downloaded iscab3GB file to first temp folder, say yes to overwrite.

4. Run repack_cabs.bat file.
5. Wait until its complete. Delete the following 6 files from temp folder:
repack_cabs.bat, MediaBuild40.dll, make_list.bat, list.ini, ISTools.dll, ISCAB.exe.
6. Move data3.cab & data4.cab to temp folder 2
7. COPY all files/folder EXCEPT data1.* & data2.cab to temp2 folder
8. Edit autorun.inf in temp2 folder has only the line icon=autorun.exe,0

Make ISO images install, play.

Install Sequence DVD1 - DVD2

DVD1 3.17GB
DVD2 3.74GB

Guitar Hero Aerosmith dvd9 to dvd5 full backup

Spoiler: Guitar Hero Aerosmith

1) extract all cab files into one folder - 'Data1' on hdd
[use winrar or other that can start from data1.cab and uncompress all other ]
two files are splitted
my size of Data1 folder: 6 515 MB / Files 1653 [or 1652 ]

2) download and extract to folder where 'Data1' exists [not into folder 'Data1']

run one cab for one cpu/core [makecab use only one cpu/core] -run more at the same time if u have more core

NOTE:
need almost 2GB/every bat on partition where have temp folder [windows temp folder not temp where we copy game]

3) after all 4 bat ends you get new four folders [dont remeber name but you find it] probably

4) create another temp folder and copy contents of dvd9 - except cab's files
edit Guitar Hero Aerosmith.msi
go to media tables

5) move to temp folder new cabs ['hidden' in new folder that already mention]

6) burn with any volumelabel [yes its msi but only one dvd5]
or use DISK1 [or change that in media tables] - only need if u remove dvd under installation [maybe]

trus ya burn biasa ke dvd, kalo ternyata masih lebih dari 1 dvd ya... nasib

Mecahnya jadi lebih 1 dvd ceritanya? Kalo mau gitu gampang. Tinggal split pake winrar beres. Tapi kalo dicompress biar jadi 1 dvd susah
Ada extreme compress tp bakalan butuh waktu seharian

 

winrar, winzip masih oke walaupun banyak wares compression yg lain (alzip, bitzipper, stuffit, quickzip). gw biasa download dari luar (biasanya patch > 1gb) mereka masih pake ware2 ini (.rar .zip)...

 

iya sih palingan pake winrar untuk ngekompres pertama,,,
trus pake uharc untuk proses kedua
