Irish Coffee

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp brown sugar
6 oz hot coffee
heavy cream

Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in a mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.

 

JaCocoa

1/4 cup Jack Daniel's® Tennessee whiskey
1 package hot cocoa mix
3/4 cup hot water

Make a cup of hot cocoa by boiling 3/4 of a cup of water and adding 1 full package of hot cocoa. Add 1/4 cup jack daniels ( more or less depending on how strong you like your drinks). Stir together, and serve.

 

Irish Vanilla Coffee

1 1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
4 oz coffee
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream

Pour into a coffee mug 4 oz. of coffee. Add 1 1/2 oz. each of Bailey's Irish Cream and Absolut Vanilla Vodka. Stir lightly and top, if desired, whipped cream.

 

Kahlua Coffee

1 qt water
3 cups sugar
4 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp vanilla

Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Let cool and add vanilla and either a pint or fifth of vodka. Drink and enjoy.

 

Kahlua Coffee #2

4 cups water
4 cups sugar
2 oz instant coffee
1 vanilla bean
1 fifth bourbon whiskey

Simmer water, sugar, and coffee until the sugar dissolves. Put vanilla bean and bourbon in a gallon jug and add the coffee syrup you just prepared. Cover and let sit for a month.

 

Kahlua Coffee #3

4 cups water
5 tsp instant coffee
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vodka
1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Boil water, add coffee and sugar and simmer for 20 min. Remove from heat and add chocolate. Allow to cool, then add the vodka (or don't cool if you want some of the alcohol to boil off).

 

Kahlua Coffee #4

4 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean
2 oz instant coffee
1 fifth vodka

Mix 3 cups water with 4 cups sugar, bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes. Set aside, add 1 whole vanilla bean split. Let mixture cool. Add 2 oz instant coffee to 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside and cool. When above are cool (important) put into a half gallon container and add the vodka. Let age for at least 3 weeks.

 

Kurant Tea

4 cl Absolut® Kurant vodka
Turkish apple tea
1 tsp sugar

Pour absolut kurant into a comfortably big tea-cup. Add hot/very warm apple tea and, if you like, some sugar.

 

Lee's Drink

1 part hot coffee
1 part Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
1 part Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1 part amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 cherry

Fill a glass 1/4 with coffee. Pour tia maria, frangelico and amaretto slowly, add whipped cream on top, and a cherry if desired. When drinking, stir gently if you like your coffee light. Drink from the bottom with a straw if you like it strong.

 

Lemony Crab Par-Tea Cooler

36 oz (3 x 12-oz cans) Lipton® Brisk iced tea
3 shots cheap vodka
4 shots cheap rum
3 shots lemon juice

Pour all three cans of lemon iced-tea (use diet... save the calories for the booze), vodka, rum and lemon juice into a pitcher. Mix thoroughly. Serve over ice in a tall glass.

 

Mangan Coffee

1 oz Irish cream
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Bacardi® black rum
1/2 oz Myer's® dark rum
11 oz hot coffee

Pour ingredients into an irish coffee cup in the order given.

 

Mexican Coffee

1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Pour coffee and kahlua into an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

 

Midnight Mocha

1 cup milk
1 cup hot, strong black coffee
3 Hershey's® chocolate bars
1 dash Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 pinch ground cinnamon

Melt the chocolate in a pan until it becomes syrupy, and in a separate container, combine the milk and the coffee. Pour in chocolate and Southern Comfort and stir. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top and serve.

 

Mikel's Cafe Bacardi

1 oz Bacardi® gold rum
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz milk or cream
4 oz coffee flavored ice cream
1 oz sugar

Combine all ingrediants in a blender and serve into glasses.

 

Mississippi Mud Pie

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 1/2 oz RedRum® rum
3 oz cold coffee
1 splash cream

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a highball glass on the rocks.

Asin Manis Mangga Muda



Ukuran porsi: 10 orang
Bahan-bahan

* 2 kilogram mangga muda
* 1 kilogram garam
* 500 cc air
* 1 kilogram gula pasir

Cara membuat
Kupas mangga, ambil daging buahnya, lalu iris tipis memanjang sesuai panjang mangga.

Letakkan 1/2 resep garam di dalam wadah, lalu masukkan daging buah mangga tadi, remas-remas hingga rata, biarkan selama 30 menit.

Cuci daging buah mangga dengan air, tiriskan, lalu masukkan sisa garam, remas-remas kembali, cuci dengan air, tiriskan.

Campur air dan gula, masak hingga gula larut, angkat, lalu saring, dinginkan.

Masukkan daging buah mangga tadi, aduk rata, lalu simpan dalam kulkas selama 1 hari agar meresap, sajikan.

 

Punch Jeruk (Orange Punch)

Bahan-bahan:
60 gram bubuk jeruk
1 liter air
5 buah jeruk, ambil airnya
100 cc sirup nanas
1 buah jeruk lemon, ambil airnya
500 cc Sprite
500 cc Fanta jeruk
1 buah jeruk sankis, potong-potong

Cara Mengolah:
1. Campur air, bubuk jeruk, air jeruk, dan sirup nanas, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan air jeruk lemon, aduk rata.
3. Simpan dalam kulkas.
4. Bila akan disajikan, masukkan Sprite dan Fanta jeruk, aduk rata.
5. Tambahkan irisan jeruk sankis, sajikan.

Sangat menyegarkan,khususnya di hari yang panas.

 

Iced Chocolate



Bahan:
30 ml bubuk cokelat
125 ml es krim cokelat
100 ml susu
4 buah potongan es

Cara Membuat:
1. Masukkan bubuk cokelat ke dalam gelas.
2. Tambahkan potongan es.
3. Masukkan es krim cokelat. Tambahkan susu sampai penuh ke dalam gelas.
4. Siap sajikan.
