    1.Male or Female, with max. age 30 years
    2.University graduates with Degree in Accountancy or Management
    3.Good command of English, both spoken or written
    4.Excellent communication skills
    5.Having leadership ability, self starter, and coupe with changing environment, self motivated, responsible, hard work
