Workoid.com is a fully distributed outsourcing company that is incorporated in HK. We are not your average outsourcing company with an ocean of 120x60 cubicles, in fact we don’t have a single cubicle, we don’t even have an office. Workoid consist solely of remote workers. What this means is that our staff work from a mixture of coffee shops, co-working spaces and home offices and collaborate with their teammates and connect in the cloud through our provided setup, which consist of a Macbook and access to our online tools such as Asana, Slack, Gmail through which we carry out work for our clients.

What is a Workoid?

A Workoid is a smart creative in his or her 20s or 30s that uses modern technology to assist with his/her work. This means outsourcing repetitive tasks to a script and utilizing software to do something one couldn’t do on your own.

Workoid is a rapid growing company with a strong presence in several countries and is rapidly emerging in Southeast Asia. We are looking to hire a data driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to support one of our clients acquisition needs. He/She will be responsible for marketing the client's games through both paid and free channels. You will also be responsible for establishing metrics and monitoring the performance of each campaign to ensure they provide high quality users and are profitable.

Requirements
The Role - Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic individual specializing in the field of user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for games, an appetite for new challenges and experience acquiring users through a variety of channels.

REQUIREMENTS

You must possess the following:

• 4+yrs of online advertising or online media buying experience with a strong track record of measurable results
• Ability to develop metrics and provide detailed analysis of campaigns showing data driven results
• Ability to communicate with the development team to ensure the required KPIs are tracked through the required analytics tools
• Able to make informed decisions using data gathered from each campaign
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with online advertising agencies
• Great verbal, visual, written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the team
• Works independently and without close supervision

Plusses:

• Have strong existing relationships with online advertising agencies
• Managed monthly budgets of high $XXX,XXX
• Experience in dealing with remote staff

Your day to day:

• Develop and execute business and technical marketing/ad buying strategies for existing and upcoming games
• Work with designers to produce data driven creatives for above strategies
• Monitor each active campaign and analyze the data to determine if the campaigns are profitable
• Provide detailed reports to management outlining the daily performance of each campaign
