Responsibilities

• Identifies training needs analysis, implementation & evaluation for employees development program
• Building & maintaining of relationships with third party (Campus hiring/Educational Institution, Jobfair, training provider, etc) for manpower fulfillment and development.
• Plan, organize and develop recruitment process.
• Implement of Human resource policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree of Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent
• FEMALE - maximum 40 years old
• At least 2 years' working experience in the same field in the IT Industry
• Good communication, good planning and organizing skill
• Fluent in Bahasa & English both or*l and written
• Hands on experience in area of personnel administration (performance appraisal, employee evaluation, etc), Industrial Relations, couching and counseling
• Understand and able to implement all of the HR process such as: recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management and organizations development.
