Responsibilities

• Supervising the recruitment process;
• Administratives; organize payroll, absenteeism, BPJS calcutation, legal or expatriates, agreements
• Maintaining the all of HR Process; recruitment, people development, compensation & benefit, General Affairs; Administrative, legal and purchasing.

Requirements

• Preferebly Male, But for female candidates are welcome to apply
• Min. 25 years old
• Graduated from Public University. Candidate graduated from private university are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree; Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Having experiences min. 3 – 5 years as HR Generalist.
• Having knowledges of recruitment, administrative; absenteesim, payroll, Pph 21, BPJS calculation, legal permit of expatriates, Agreement, etc.
• Having knowledges of General Affairs; purchasing organizer, office management.
• Having knowledges of Law Labour No 13 Tahun 2013; Act Man powering.
• Having good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Willing to work with multicultural team and in the international athmosphere.
• Ability to work underpressure

5000000 - 6500000 IDR
