Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and in charge in the implementation of company regulation. Ensure that Sale Stock’s people management comply with the law and company’s culture
• Document robust standard operating procedure for end-to-end people operations scope of work from talent acquisition, onboarding, people development, people experience all the way to talent exit
• Develop employee’s facilities grading (transport, hotel, laptop, handphone, etc) based on the employee’s role, employment level, or other parameters

Requirements

• Maximum 30 years old
• Barchelor’s degree from psychology/management
• Experience with HR Policy and employee administration minimum 2 years.
• Good Communication & Fast Learner
• Fluent in English both active and passive
