System - Network Administrator

Job description:

1. Maintain the Company's web/Online services.
2. Implement soft-hard requirement for each project.
3. IT Helpdesk.
4. Ready to manage the technical issue anytime when needed.
5. Working independently to find solution for technical issues.
6. Research and upgrade knowledge about networking, system, security.


Requirements:

1. Maximum age is 30 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University in Computer Science or Information Technology.
3. Capable of network-system problem analysis.
4. Minimum of 1 year experience working with system platforms: Windows servers 2003, Windows server 2008, Linux.
5. Minimum of 1 year experience working with database servers : SQL 2005, MySQL.
6. Experienced in implement and manage hard-soft firewall.
7. Good knowledge in TCP/IP network, managing Cisco devices.
8. Knowledge in Oracle Database is preferred.
9. Speak and write English well.

Responsibilities:

Managing all HR functions within VTC Online Indonesia office covering recruitment, policies and procedures, training & development, performance management, job descriptions, compensation and benefit including jamsostek as well as support Industrial relation activities. The incumbent is required to be updated and to determine and enforce government regulations and also take care of expatriate/foreign workers legal documents.

Qualifications:

1. Female;
2. Maximum age 30 years old;
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management;
4. Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources field;
5. Deep knowledge of government regulation;
6. Solid expertise in Human Resources area;
7. Able to operate computer and MS.Office applications;
8. Hard worker, honest, reliable, active and can work under pressure;
9. Fluent in English is a MUST, both or*l and written.

• At least 1 year working experience as Marketing Staff;
• Passion in Gaming and Online industries;

• Computer literate min. Microsoft Office;
• Dynamic and active, able to work independently and in a team even under pressure;
• Highly responsible with positive attitude, highly motivated, fast learner and have good attention to details.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain relationship with our existing clients;
• Assist in business development and marketing strategies;
• Account administration and client report;
• Sales quotation;
• Maintenance of internal and external marketing material;
• Management of internal marketing databases and information.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Management, E-Commerce, Marketing or Information Technology (IT), fresh graduates are welcomed;

• Good understanding / knowledge about some kind of trading through Internet or auction online (eBay) or some modern online business (like penny auction and Groupon or dealkeren in Indonesia);
• Passion in Online industry;
• Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English;
• Computer literate min. Microsoft Office;
• Dynamic and active, able to work independently and in a team even under pressure;
• Highly responsible with positive attitude, highly motivated, fast learner and have good attention to details.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The incumbent will take care of tasks related to some kind of trading, business through online services, for example: like eBay, dealkeren, buy and sell. It is related to e-commerce projects. Also will do the Research & Development (R&D), build the business model, and plan to run it.
