Lowongan Kerja Designer di Social Video Lab (based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

Responsibilities
This is an exciting new role that positions you at the forefront of cutting edge projects within the region.
On the back of a few recent wins with lifestyle clients, we are looking for a designer who can create stunning visuals to accompany our social media campaigns. You are excited by the prospect of collaboration with different teams, and crafting masterpieces in different styles across various channels. As a design specialist, you are also required to understand client’s business needs, and create copy ideas that are fresh, strategic and always on brand.

• Write compelling visuals, animated gifs, and cinemagraphs for social campaigns - with strong emphasis on facebook and instagram.
• Manage the quality of design deliverables, ensuring they meet rigourous standards and client expectations
• Conceptualise and collaborate with other creative teams, including copywriters, art directors, and strategists
• Work with Account Managers and Planners to ensure creative concepts and style are on brand and strategically sound
• Built strong internal relationships across creative, account servicing and community management teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience within the digital design or creative industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Demonstrated skillset in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong and creative portfolio - Experience in South East Asia landscape a plus
• Have a strong sense of personal style, but able to integrate and adapt personal style into the client's business and platform needs
• Aptitude to function within deadlines, while working both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, empathic and persistent when building relationships with multiple counterparts
• Autonomous, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
• Willing to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment with multiple digital and social media platforms.
