We’re a tech startup building Cloud Customer Service Software for online businesses. We’ve recently secured second round investment from two overseas VCs. With presences in over 75 countries our web-based software have been used by more than thousands of users across variety of modern small and midmarket businesses all around the world.

Our content creation team is looking for someone who can drive more readership growth for our blog - The 3.0 and manage our marketing assets on multiple social media channels. Our main content pillars are built around key topics that promote best practices on customer service, customer happiness, tech entrepreneurship, and more targeted towards people who work at internet companies. The right candidate will love writing and learning about technology, digital world, customer support, CRM, and care deeply about quality content.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other team member to write blog posts that perform well on search, on social, on email (newsletter), and other digital channels
  
  
• Periodically create (or project manage) marketing assets such as Slideshares, reports, infographics, etc
  
  
• Publish and schedule social contents on various digital channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc

Requirements

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt your tone of voice for various audiences and media formats
  
  
• Insanely high attention to details (errors and typos make your skin crawl)
  
  
• Very good/business to native level fluency in English, Bahasa, or more...
  
  
• Passionate about tech industry and follow every single news about its development
