Responsibilities
The Role - Business Development Executive

Here in GetCRAFT, we are looking for people who want to re-define what it means to do ‘selling’. You pride yourself in being able to help your clients understand and feel comfortable, in doing so helping setting them up for success. For you sales isn’t simply limited to cold calling, as you are also actively part of the industry, always seeking to learn more for both yourself, your clients and your team.

• Identifies trendsetter ideas/leads by doing intensive research on industry, media and agencies.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals through both inbound and outbound leads
• Pitching services in detail
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and needs for all customers
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; networking events, personal relationships
• Having a founder mentality, and accepting all ownership of decisions made
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers

Day to Day Duties Include:

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Presenting and having knowledge of full sales deck to clients
• Preparing proposals on PowerPoint presentation
• Contacting clients for follow up services
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Updating and developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

Requirements
We are looking for fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing specifically in relation to content marketing.

Minimum Education: Post Secondary Degree

Specifically they should :

• Be socially adept
• Have a high level of presentation skills
• Enjoy meeting new people
• High level of professionalism with clients and media
• Motivation for sales and specific monthly targets
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
