Responsibilities
Scope:

• You will be working as a technology evangelist in the areas of application development. Key areas include communicating to identify requirements from clientele users and communicating with team members to create solutions that work for the client. You will need to provide input and work closely with other team members - especially with the designers and user experience programmers. These responsibilities will require you to adhere to requirements and specifications according to the Application development standards of our agency.
• You are required to familiarize yourself with the coding structure employed, the processes and procedures to follow such that the quality of work produced is evaluated and maintained in the company as a whole.
• You will be given necessary guidance and direction to perform well and improve on the job, and employing good coding principles, techniques and approaches to your works.

• Adhere to all company & corporate communications policies and protocols.
• Have a keen eye for details and strong sense of programming logic and structure for best practices.
• Familiarizing oneself with GUTTZ, the processes, products & services.
• Ensure application projects are appropriately resourced and executed.
• Provide input on all aspects for our client and internal projects through technology.
• Find ways to better improve your performance in this function and its processes.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Proficiency in PHP, AJAX, JavaScript.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of key programming principles, techniques and approach.
• Ability to design operation processes and databases is a plus.
• Experience with CSS, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Dreamweaver are added advantages.
• Result Driven.
• Outgoing with pleasant personality.

Additional:

• Innovation and Willingness to learn is a must.
• Proficiency in English

Remuneration and fringe benefits are competitive commensurate with experience and performance.
