* ‘Play It Your Way’ experiment and refine your ideal combat style with 4 character classes (medic, assault, recon and engineer), 15000+ kit variations, 46 weapons (200 different customization opportunities), 15 gadgets and 13 character specializations.

* Awards and Achievements, combat efficiency and performance is rewarded with special awards such pins, stars and insignias which contribute to unlocking 50 ranks


Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Gamemodes

* Rush
The Rush game mode consists of an assault force attempting to destroy pairs of objectives. By destroying the two initial objective crates, a secondary set of objectives will open and the assault continues. Repeating this process will open up the third and then final pair of objectives. The assaulting team wins by destroying all objectives, while the defensive gains a victory by stopping the assault.

* Conquest
Classic Battlefield game mode consisting of flag capture points scattered about the map. Two teams fight to capture these points in turn increasing ticket bleed.

* Squad Rush
Squad Rush puts a squad of four players versus another squad of four players for a max of eight player matches in this intense one crate/two base infantry only version of the Rush gamemode.

* Squad Deathmatch
Played in 4 squad of 4 players each (4 vs 4 vs 4 vs 4). First team to reach 50 kills wins. Only 1 vehicle in the map, which is a tank in the middle of the map.
