    Just a few things changed with this emergency patch from yesterday.
    Fixed Item List and added set effects to the new costumes
    Freeze now breaks with hit
    Increased Bleed damage of Darkness Pain and Putrefaction
    Increased damage of Fire Arrow and Magic Arrow
    Fixed the stun for Shield of Justice as well as changed the damage.
    This patch was mainly for the item list and the set effects and the rest of the changes came from things I saw with the 145 skills being messed up. If you have problems with the 145 skills post on the topic that Cruz made so they can be looked at.

    RULES
    1. No begging.
    2. English only in the shoutbox < No full CAPS >.
    3. No advertising/scamming.
    4. No hacking.
    5. Respect staff at all times. In game or on the forums.
    6. No rides are to be in Alker Harbor at all. No summoning in Alker Harbor unless it's a GM approved event.
    7. Any merchandising shall be done in Nera Castle.
    8. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
    9. No Kill Stealing.
    10. No Racism / harrasing.
    Failure to follow any of these rules will result in either a ban or temporary punishment.
