There are a lot of people not only to keep the body fit from exercise, but also to lose weight. Maybe for unreasonable purpose as long as the body can lose weight in about few or tens of kilo every year. But too much exercise is also not good for the body, because if you over exercise it can cause an accident and bring harm to body organ or even exhausted and eventually you can ended up in the hospital. So of course this thing can be avoided, don't let it happen when you need a healthy body for your activities. That is why you should plan it well exercise planning, what course you will take, and food, try to balance the sugar in your body, and so you can have a nice sleep. And the next day you will be as active as usual and run your activities all day.
