Responsibilities

- Administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Onboarding and Off boarding process for Data Departement
- procurement of devices for Data Departement
- prepare expense claims, and admin questions pertaining to HR benefits for each individual members at Data Departement

Requirements

- Having good initiatives and networking through excellent database
- Having at least 1 years as GA/Freshgraduate
- Active and good communication skill
- Can work under pressure
- Fluent in English both active and passive
- Hardworker
- Can work within tight deadline
