IT Service Support Coordinator


Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Coordinator / Supervisor specializing in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent.
• Fast learner and able to work in a team also to give best customer service to other function. Hard worker and willing to take shift schedule.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Juanda, Bekasi Timur.

Job Descriptions :

• To monitor Users IT work processes and maintain hardwares, softwares and network infrastructure to function well.
• To support system deployment in hardwares, softwares and network infrastructures.
• To identify problem root cause, provide corrective action plan and the resolution within reasonable response time.
• Job role in Network / System Engineer or equivalent. Has experience in Hardware, Software and application and working in multi branches company would be an advantage
• Full -Time position available.

Business Intelligence Manager


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN


Evaluating data process and flow in MD system (P4 MD+, P4 CM, TP Linux, Scale) to be accurate, update and useful for sales referential MD reports and functional business intelligence.

• Planning and organizing process and flow in Merchandising system (P4 MD+, P4 CM, TP Linux, Scale).
• Controlling and supervise Merchandising database storage.
• Controlling and monitorind Merchandising database interface.
• Planning, organizing and evaluating BDD process.
• Monitoring, evaluating and developing the team.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, System Information or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): database management, TP Linux.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• Preferably has experience in retail company handling merchandising database.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• High orientation on detail task and perseverance in under pressure situation.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
