Digital Strategist


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the CRM initiative and strategy in our clients business.
  • Achieves the highest levels of quality and standards for personal and team artifacts
  • Transfers knowledge to client, project and discipline to team members and peers.
  • Recognizes project issues and elevates them to the appropriate project team members with suggested, well thought out solutions
  • Rapidly establishes credibility at all levels within the client.
  • Consistently looks for ways that the client can improve their current CRM initiatives.
  • Provides research and analysis for digital/web-based/social media/ mobiles campaigns and initiatives that integrate with client digital marketing and industry best practices for maximum marketing results.
  • Understand industry/market intelligence and knowledge of best practices.
  • Development of primary strategy artifacts, including: − CRM Strategy Reports − Implementation Plans − Communication Plans − Audience Profiles − User Scenarios − Feature Roadmaps
  • Determine best measures of success and performance for initiatives

• Requirements:
  • Must have Bachelor Degree in Marketing or other related field.
  • 1+ years experience as a Marketing or Digital Strategist at Digital Agency (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Have an awesome knowledge and experienced in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) initiative and CRM software.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and other analytics software.
  • You are a data geek and can analyse the insights behind the data.
  • Ability to present the insights from the data, and can suggest the best CRM ideas for clients.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Must up-to-date with the latest CRM and Digital Marketing trends, techniques, and technologies

Front - End Developer


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Job Description :
  • Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability
  • Provide website maintenance and enhancements
  • Use a combination of markup languages to write web pages
  • Create quality mock-ups and prototypes on tight timelines
  • Assist back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting
  • Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms
  • Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
  • Promote usability best practices

• Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): scripst, Java, HTML, PHP, CSS.
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics and a rigor for programming are prerequisites in the front-end web developer job description. This unique expertise combines user interface (UI) know-how with CSS, JavaScript, HTML and PHP proficiency.
  • It comes from in-depth knowledge of web technologies gained from research and professional experience.
  • In addition, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end knowledge, is a must.
