Business Analyst


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Serve as subject matter expert regarding credit risk reporting; develop and implemet solutions as warranted
• Manage assigned project in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met
• Identify policy and procedure gaps within the department and propode solutions

General Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Educational - S1 degree (preferably from IT Background) from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
• Minimum 2 years experience as Business Analyst for Banking IT Project is a must
• Has experience working in Local Bank (especially Bank Operation Division), is a must
• Has capability to act as communication bridge between Bank’s Business Users and IT Users in order to collect all Project Requirements in Banking IT Project Implementation
• Has capability to conduct meeting with Bank Business User to collect Project Requirement
• Has capability to provide Project Requirement Document based on meeting with Bank’s IT/Business User.
• Has capability to transform Business Requirement in order to implement it into Application/Software

Solution Business Consultant


Responsibility:

• Communicate to customer regarding new technology and solutions.
• Develop account plans and strategies.
• Build and maintain continues strong customer relationship and coverage up to the senior executives.
• Create and manage opportunities and close the deal.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles with a unique ability to accelerate sales.
• Manage relationships with Principal.
• Manage all issues with customers to ensure customer satisfactions.
• Orchestrate entire respective teams and principal team.

Qualification:

• Educational - S1 degree (preferably from IT Background) from reputable university.
• Having experience in IT Sales (Software & Hardware) in Banking Industry at least 3 years.
• Excellent in Ms Office and email correspondency.
• Excellent in English; both written and spoken.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in an aggressive, competitive environment, and working under pressure.
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities, working independently, and as an innovative team player.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with customers and interface with a variety of organizations.
• Proven experience with customer senior level business executives.
• Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Have knowledge in Banking/ Financial Industry (Card Center Operation, Branch Operation, ATM Operation, Credit Card Operation, etc.) is an advantage.
• Having good networking.
• Having own vehicle & driving license (minimum SIM C).

Java Programmer

Infogram Telemedia is an Information technology company with extensive work in IT Development and Implementation.


At the moment, we are in coorporation with partners from leading local and multinational companies. Currently, Infogram is looking for a young, dynamic and motivated individual to fill one of the following positions :

Java Programmer (JP)

• Design and develop web based solution using java platform
• Design the most efficient database structure
• Documenting software development process

General Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
• Excellent written and or*l communication skills in English
• Self motivated, disciplined, good logical thinking, able to work independent or in a team
• Good Communication, analytical and logical skill

Skill Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years experience in software development with Java/ J2EE technologies, UI development and Web Services
• Understand Java Multitreading/ Concurrency and Synchronization
• Solid knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concept and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
• Experience with jPOS framework is a must
• Experience working in Payments industry or credit/debit transaction is a plus
• Experience with some/all of these is an advantage : Hibernate, Struts, Spring (including MVC), Log4, Java Servlet, JDBC, XML, JSP, Java Script
• Adept to Agile software development methodology
• Good knowlegde of Java Application Servers (e.g. Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss, GlassFish)
• Understand SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and software architecture, thus able to design and develop secure and high performance application
• Have experience in working with relational databases or Oracle database
