IT Application Support (REF#: (ITAS - Q04))


Responsible :

• Follow up support tickets from IT Helpdesk, delivering support to legacy system, investigating and resolving application errors, data discrepancies and queries within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Working with the Systems Analyst (L2) in identifying problem determination, workaround resolution and proposing application system changes, enhancements and developments.
• Plan and SIT testing for new and modification to web application system with related teams.
• Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
• Execute user Change Request from Operational support for generation of relevant data files, databases, reports, prints etc. in daily operations
• Perform Month-End & Year End data closing per target set.
• Documentation of the above activities and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Engineering from reputable University
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Min 2 years experience of Web Based Application Support.
• Knowledge of web programming languages and development methodologies, SQL databases
• Good knowledge of SDLC

Report Consolidation Specialist (REF#: (Q05))


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

He/she will be responsible to create regular reports to the management.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• 2-3 years working experiences with 1 year experience in related field is preferable
• Have knowledge in IFRS and PSAK
• Strong data gathering & analysis, high attention to detail
• Excellent command at using Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Have knowledge in Retail or FMCG will be advantage
• Proficient in English is a must

Buying System (REF#: (BS - Q05))


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Minimum Bachelor Degree: any major, minimum GPA 3,00
• Fresh graduates, 1 year experience in retail project is an advantage
• Good communication skill in English (spoken and written)
• Good analytical, logic, & systematical thinking
• Passionate with entrepreneurship
• Initiative, has a strong willingness to explore
• Excellent in MS Office
