Software Engineer (REF#: (Code: SE))


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner.
• Analyze user needs and finding the best solutions to meet the customers’ requirements.
• Involve in presales activities such as: compiling technical proposal, supporting Proof of Concept, and deliver presentation to customers.
• Analyze of current system and designing the best and well-performed software solutions.

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop data collection checklist including business process, existing software and application, and other requirements as well as ensure that all required data and information have been completely collected.
• Evaluate and analyze the collected data and information included the captured business requirements.
• Develop detailed business requirements document, present to and get approval from clients then translate into functional design / specification document
• Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Learn to present and perform demonstration (with low to medium complexity) of the application or software to client.

Requirements:

• University graduate (S1) majoring in IT
• More than 5 (five) years of working experience with SI enterprise/solution development
• Have strong coordination and project management (able to manage multiple priorities effectively)
• Have knowledge in domain / business knowledge (banking, telco, healthcare, etc.)
• Understand the concept of basic financial, such as analyzing financial statement/balance sheet, ROI, ROA, cash flow, Total Cost Ownership, etc.

• Knowledge of BI Designer, Performance Analytics and/or KPI
• Have experience using SQL Server Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse
