SAP Master Data Management Analyst


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to the Regional SAP Master Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for :

• Maintaining SAP Master Data (covering Finance, Procurement, and Sales & Distribution Master Data) based on the request submitted from the key users from across the organization.
• Assisting in data migration activities for importing legacy data into SAP in SAP template roll-out projects.
• Evaluating/monitoring data quality in SAP system, and drive cleansing activities to align with Master Data Design.
• Assisting Regional Master Data Management Lead with defining, refining and enforcing Master Data Design to across business functions.
• Identifying continuous improvement on the master data management process, and working with SAP Functional team to automate mass update.
• Executing reports and data extraction tool to monitor data quality within SAP. Providing feedback to integration team in term of opportunities to improve quality of data pushed from other application.
• Working with business key users to enrich the data quality in SAP system.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 1+ years of experience in SAP partner and/or company, which use SAP ERP.
• 1+ years of experience in master data within enterprise-level ERP system (SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong analytical skill and knowledge of relational data management. Experience in Finance processes, using SAP, will be considered an asset.
• Ability to leverage data from multiple data sources to develop insights which impact business process.
• Ability to work with cross-function team in a multi-cultural set up.

Senior Product Manager

• Deliver exceptional customer and supplier ecommerce experiences for millions of users in five countries.
• Coordinate with designers, engineering leads, business development, marketing, and logistics counterparts to execute against aggressive timelines.
• Develop data-driven strategies to rollout and to adjust features.
• Get to know your customers and help increase conversion rates, engagement times, and user loyalty.

The ideal candidate should possess the following background:

• Software engineering background – you know how products and systems are build and work.
• Expert in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Track record of achievements and sustained drive and passion.
• Innate ability to come up with solutions that make a difference.
• Data-driven decision maker; when data is not available, able to make decisions based on reasonable rationale.
• Very strong organizational and communication skills to get things done in a startup (chaotic) environment.
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and analytical positions.
• Know the difference between Project Management and Product Management.
• Product Management experience at e-commerce websites.
• Experience with IT projects that help marketing initiatives.

Tax Staff


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are currently looking for a Tax Staff to join our growing team. Reporting to Senior Tax Manager you will responsible to:

• Preparation monthly tax compliance (WHT, VAT)
• Reconciliation GL & Tax Report (all taxes)
• Data entry, tax payment, and tax reporting
• Tax filling

In order to succeed with the role, you should ideally have:

• Degree in Fiscal or Accounting from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Have minimum 1 year experience in tax, preferably from tax consultant firm or retail company
• Able to handle WHT Art. 21, 23, 26, 4(2), VAT
• Familiar with e-SPT, e-faktur, e-billing, e-filling, SAP, or another accounting system
• Hoding Tax Brevet Certificate A, B & C would be an advantage
• Taxation knowledge is a must
• Good command of English
• Mature, detail, can do attitude
