Network Specialist Engineer




DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


Manage backbone network and supporting services offered to our customers. Host monthly meetings with engineering, project management and operations team to review platform capacity status. Perform special project analysis to determine the availability of capacity based on provided assumptions. Determine hardware/licensing requirements to support subscriber growth and provide budget requests to facilitate the capital approval process. Work with tools development team to incorporate new and existing platforms and services into their reports.


Job Description:

• Perform operation of the IP/MPLS backbone on 7*24 basis to provide uninterrupted service.
• Perform installation, troubleshooting and configuration management of IP/MPLS backbone network equipment in a complex multi-layered environment.

Requirements:

• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field (ISP background more advantage)
• Bachelor degree from reputable University with GPA >3.00 from Electrical or Informatics
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills to assist in managing and driving issues to resolution.
• Independence with minimum supervision and team worker.
• Ability to evaluate, select and apply engineering techniques and procedures when making network modifications.
• Proficient in Network system/equipment/architecture design, fault-tolerance, redundancy and reliability, etc.
• CCNA, MCSA Certifications
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS,BGP ,MPLS TE, LDP, RSVP-TE, BGP, L2/L3 VPN, IPSec.
• Good knowledge of IP Backbone and L2 (VLAN, QinQ, Ring Network)

Marketing Communication

• Responsible to manage media relations, dispensing newsworthy information via mainstream media or social media & blogging platforms
• Coordinate and plan and propose workflows for every events
• Develop and executive varied and integrated communications products including print publications, photograph, newsletters, online communications, media and public relations

Requirements:

• Minimum age 25 - 30 years old
• Energic, Smart
• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Management / Communication / Public Relation
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences
• Computer literate
• Exellent in presentation, negotiation, and proficient in English both or*l and written
• Able to build and mantain relationship with high level customers and work independently and in a team
• Coordinate external and internal communication projects including sales communication, press releases, promotions, publicity campaigns, advertising, online marketing, events planning and all creative print, web
• Active personality, creative, high integrity, able to work under pressure, and target oriented
