Junior IT Programmer


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Menguasai PHP, HTML, Javascript, SCC, My SQL, Photoshop
• Menguasai AJAX dan Iquery adalah nilai lebih
• Memiliki kreatifitas tinggi dalam mendesain website
• Memiliki logika kuat di programming website
• Mengerti sistem database
• Menguasai animasi Flash adalah nilai lebih
• Mampu membuat website dengan data dinamis
• Mampu mengedit dan merombak program / script PHP yang sudah ada
• Mampu melakukan troubles shooting suatu sript website dengan cepat
• Mampu mengembangkan sistem front – end dan back – end sebuah website (menciptakan, menambahkan fitur, maintenance database, memperbaiki, dsb) baik itu website baru atay website yang sudah dibangun
• Merancang suatu sistem aplikasi web based untuk keperluan perusahaan


Finance Staff (A-R)


Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Handling Billing (create invoice) in SSA
• Maintain list of Invoices both in SSA and Excel Sheet
• Handling Tax Invoice for VAT out
• Maintain list of Tax Invoices both in e-Faktur and Excel Sheet
• Responsible for submitting invoice to each customer on time
• Handling documentation of invoices digitally on Finance Server
• Handling any complementary documents and other stuffs regarding invoicing (ex. Handling stock of Meterai and creating SPK for BlueScope invoices)
• Monthly closing SSA at the end of the month
• Preparing data for Audit process (on demand)
• Doing data A/R reconciliation with customers
• Assisting in collection function of due-dated invoices

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Academic / Professional Qualification : S1 Degree (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
• Working Experience : More than 1 year of relevant working experience
• Expertise / Skills / Language : Proficient in English (both written or spoken)
• Personal Attributes : Hard working, highly motivated, discipline, teamwork, dedicate
• Good appearance

Senior Account Manager


DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
• Undertake sales activities independently or in in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials
• Drive client satisfaction by providing insight and actionable recommendations during presentation or business review
• Ensure the implementation of client management process for the assigned accounts and be able to add value to those key client
• Identify and Recommended enhanced and new services that answer client business needs
• Provide product solution and benefits to client business issues/ opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client
• Ensure the service provided to client are timely and precise according to client business needs and specification while meeting the company quality standard
• Build and maintain on going relationship with the identified key person within client organization
• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity target as assigned
• Maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge on IT technologies

Requirements

• Hold Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 4 years in similar position
• Expertise / Skill/ Language
  • Knowledge in IT product and Technologies
  • Have good knowledge in country market place, environment and cultural knowledge
  • Have strong networking especially in Banking Industry
  • Strong leadership and excellent people management skill
  • Proven outstanding client servicing skills and new business development capability
  • Effective writing & presentation skills
• Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office application
• English proficiency : good reading and writing is mandatory , good speaking is an advantage
• Has excellent communication skill, good team work, can work independent, creative & Innovative , Good Presentasion, skill good networking in IT Business
