IT helpdesk


Nalysa is seeking a IT helpdesk technician with good english level and strong knowledge in security / network.

• You will join a team of qualified engineers
• You will troubleshoot end user issues.
• You will be in charge of business continuity for some clients and therefore propose any improvement in IT that can secure their business
• You will participate actively to all maintenance and support procedure improvment.
• You will work in an international environment. Team and clients are from Singapore, Europe, Malaysia, Australia...
• Job will be done from Nalysa and from clients premises.
• Clients are SMBs to big corporate international companies.

Required skills

• You must be able to communicate, verbally and orally in good English
• you must possess a S1 degree in computer science / Information technology or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.
• you must have strong knowledge in IT infrastructure such as TCP/IP, VPN, proxy, firewall, virtualization, Active directory, Windows server.
• You must be able to troubleshoot problems and pursue solutions independently and with high determination
• You must be deadline oriented: you must be able to size the time you will spend and finish the job in this very time.
• You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Certification is highly welcome.

Exchange and Lync Specialist


Nalysa is seeking his Exchange and Lync (Skype for Business) specialist for its 2 new products for Indonesia and APAC markets: Kulikat and Kickle.

• You will join a team of qualified engineers (development and troubleshooting team).
• You will deploy and troubleshoot Exchange and Lync servers.
• You will deploy and troubleshoot Office 365, and related products.
• You will deploy and troubleshoot our own products developed for Office 365: Kulikat and Kickle.
• You will participate actively to all other systems maintenance and handle end-users requests.
• You will work in an international environment. Team and clients are from Singapore, Europe, Malaysia, Australia...
• Job will be done mostly from Nalysa premise.
• Clients are SMBs to big corporate international companies.

Required skills

• You must possess at least S1 degree. computer science / Information technology or equivalent with minimum GPA 3,3.
• You must have at least 3 years of experience in this technology.
• You must be able to communicate in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
• You must possess strong knowledge in Exchange, Lync (Skype for Business), and Active directory.
• You must be able to troubleshoot problems and pursue solutions independently with high determination
• You must be deadline oriented.
• You must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
• Microsoft certification is not mandatory but greatly appreciated
