JOB DESCRIPTION

• Travel to client sites to configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
• Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients and providing quality customer service
• Understand product flow and features
• Conduct product and features training to customers
• Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Networking
• Work experience in support functions
• Solid understanding of networking systems
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent or*l and written communication skills
• Has own transportation (motorcycle)
