Responsibilities

1. Prepares art and design concept to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
   
2. Plans design concept by studying information and materials including customer's profile, product profile and competitor's profile
   
3. Illustrates the concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
   
4. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
   
5. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
   
6. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
   
7. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
   
8. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
   
9. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
   
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    
11. Good communication skill with interpersonal ability, attention to details, and ability to express meaning because you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary team from medical doctors, designers, other developers, marketing, etc.
    
12. Able to work full time in Jakarta

Requirements

1. Able to work with vector art, illustration art, digital art and having skills in video editing is a plus
   
2. Able to create a wireframe for website design and layout, mobile application design and layout as well as any other UI/UX application.
   
3. Able to communicate the message relayed to public more effectively by visual design
   
4. Have a curiousity to experiment with all kind of design styles and all kind of media art.
   
5. Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair to
   
6. A flexible approach when working in a team;
   
7. Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients;
   
8. Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues;
   
9. Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
   
10. Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs;
    
11. Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs;
    
12. Effective networking skills to build contacts.
