Kluje.com was founded to provide property owners with an easy way to find contractors for not only Renovation or Interior Design but also to find carpenters, electricians, plumbers and handyman services.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Company’s growth and execution of its mission.

As the spokesperson for the company, you are to present professionalism at all time.

Responsibilites:

- ensure that the company’s Mission Statement is aligned with the Board of Directors as it define the roadmap for all components of the company

- be aware of all significant internal business issues such as planning, development, production, marketing, and sales

- develop deep knowledge of the market, core business, operations and business plans

- design the national expansion and complete the strategic business planning process for the expansion into new markets

- be able to redefine / redirect everything in response to changing business conditions in a controlled manner

- achieve financial targets for the company

Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- strong analytical problem solving skills

- ability to work within tight datelines and having sense of urgency

- you MUST be a team player

- must have experience in either online or retail of building materials and tools
