PT. Cipta Krida Bahari currently looking for:


1. ICT Manager

· Organize, monitor, and evaluate bridging process between user need and programmer, control, and evaluate the modification and system implementation process, evaluate the availability of supporting infrastructure to implement the system

· Act as internal consultant in the company by develop and evaluate the process of new system.

· Identify, map and formulate problem and user needs for certain information, bridge the communication between user and programmer as an expert to follow up user problem

· Analyze, evaluate and develop and renew the system applied to meet business needs and system & procedure changes from the principal.

· Conduct user needs analysis, coordinate with analyst, create program according to user needs.

· Coordinate and evaluate obstacles occurred in the system, maintain and improve the system for problem preventing

· Monitor user activity, maintain data and upgrade business system hardware

· Evaluate, test, implement, repair and maintain applied business system software through program implementation.

· Identify, plan and evaluate subordinate needs and development, and recommend subordinate development program based on competency needed and develop work culture, and give coaching and counseling periodically to increase performance and overcome subordinate work problem.

· To perform other management tasks and activities as identified from time to time with CKB‘s (Superior).


2. Programmer Analyst

· Evaluate available system in the company, design new system needs based on analysis of business characteristic and organization, prepare implementation working plan and monitor the new system

· Develop reliable system for each business process related to the whole company operation

· Develop and renew the system applied to meet business needs and system & procedure changes from the principal

· Conduct user needs analysis, coordinate with analyst, create program according to user needs

· Prepare information system manual guide for user, re check and modify the manual periodically
