1. Sales Executive

Job Description

· Coordinates and assists with the Sales activities which may include selling, promotion, training, presentation, etc.

· Assist the Sales Manager with the implementation of a complete Sales program and target achievement.

· Establish potential new users & agents

· Help with website organization, social media and updates and Reports to the manager.

· Traveling across national & international to achieve potential target market

Required skills and experiences

· Fresh graduate any major degree.

· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field and strong communication skills in English (4 skills).

· Advanced research skills, good analytical and creative problem solving skills.

· “People person” who is confident, outgoing and has a positive personality.

· Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.

· Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.

· Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office


2. Admin

Job Description

· Maintain & assist data management & systems

· Maintain & assist documentations management

· Maintain & assist daily operations management

· Maintain & assist daily communications management

· Maintain & assist inventory management

· Work effectively in a cohesive team atmosphere with all areas and employees while maintaining a positive, professional attitude towards work, customers, and coworkers.

· Be flexible to assist other departments/locations.

· Provide follow-up to ensure that delegating tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.

Required skills and experiences

· Fresh graduate bachelor degree in management/administration/secretary holder

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good English language speaker is a must


3. IT Network Engineer

Job Description

· establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards;

· the design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment;

· maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and network optimisation;

· undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources;

· securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access;

· the support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy;

· reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritising information and managing projects;

· upgrading data network equipment to latest stable firmware releases;

· configuration of routing and switching equipment;

· basic configuration of firewalls;

· Plan & Implement failover when main connection is failed, keep SLA > 99%

Required skills and experiences

· Minimum Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Programming) or equivalent experience.

· 1 years experience in Network Engineer

· Good at problem solving

· In depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN and GAN), VPN, Firewall, VLAN, etc.


4. Risk Management

· Analyze, Evaluate & Assess Risk Financial System

· Manage Risk Reporting System

· Counter Solution of Potential Risk in Reporting Systems

5. HR Assistant

Job Description

· To support recruitment process (preparation and circulation of vacancy announcements, receiving applications, invitation for interview, organizing interview, preparing job offer and employment contracts, receiving required documentation from new staffs, preparing and maintaining personal filing)

· To support staff payroll process (to prepare daft payroll, to deal with bank for payroll process, to deal with SSB office and income tax office monthly base)

· To support training and development (to assist in organizing orientation training and others internal/external workshops and training)

Competency Needs

· Work effectively in a cohesive team atmosphere with all areas and employees while maintaining a positive, professional attitude towards work, customers, and coworkers.

· Be flexible to assist other departments/locations when needed.

· Provide follow-up to ensure that delegating tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.

· Work Experiences in HR is preferable
