Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls
3. Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records
4. Record neatly and appropriately all incoming and outgoing documents.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and note down appropriately messages left and remember to inform it to the appropriate person.
6. Responsible for mailing documents to international and local destination accurately
7. Welcome guest in well-mannered

Requirements:

1. Female, age max. 25 years old
2. Min. Senior High School / Diploma (D3)
3. Min. 1 year experienced in the same position
4. Good performance
5. Good Interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good team player and willing to learn
7. Able to work under pressure and multitask
8. Willing to work in Kelapa Gading – Jakarta Utara
