BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
The job involves lead generation and conversion, solution development, account management, conducting sales meetings, project workshops, account pitching and presentations, tender responses, quotation writing and networking.


Ideally this role is suited for someone who:

• A natural ability to seek and add value that drives business performance using digital practices
• Domain knowledge in digital marketing, social media, branding, website and mobile app design and technologies
• Experience in sales including lead generation, sales conversion, quote writing, tenders, pitching, forecasting and reporting
• Confident proposal writer
• Able to independently achieve results
• Team player
• Flexible and adaptable

WEB SALES EXECUTIVE (WSE)
The job involves conducting sales meetings, account pitching and presentations, quotation writing and networking.
Ideally this role is suited for someone who:

• Identify and discuss web content needs with prospective customers
• Has a natural ability to add value to others
• Has domain knowledge in website development concepts and technologies
• Has experience in sales including quote writing, tenders, pitching, closing, forecasting and reporting
• Is a team player
• Is flexible and adaptable

WEB ANALYST (WA)
The job involves gather, analyse and translate customer requirements to a technical brief/specification for web/mobile solutions. You act as the technical lead and liaison between clients and our development team.
Core Competencies

• Undertake web application analysis and design to ensure clear technical requirements are gathered and documented.
• Liaise with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure that application and technical infrastructure needs are met.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the provision of technologies and solutions relevant to their business needs.

WEB DEVELOPER (WD)
Develop web-based system either from scratch or from our framework. If you have any portfolio (module, full web, framework), please send us some samples of your code. The position is available in Bandung & Jakarta.
Core Competencies

• Good programming skill in PHP (is a MUST), JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5.
• Experience in any SQL Database (preferably PostgreSQL, with knowledge in NoSQL is an advantage.
