Requirements:

Male/Female
Holding at least a Diploma of Business in Accounting or Management or studying towards would be desirable or equivalent experience.
Having Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Having Experience in JDE or exposure to ERP systems would be an advantage.
Excellent MS Office Skills.
Having good administrative skills.
Conceptual ability to establish practical, yet effective solutions.
Possess Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English language skills – or*l and Written.

Requirements:

Tertiary Studies in Information Technology or equivalent with 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Having ability to demonstrated Customer Service Mindset.
Having Experience with ERP systems (desirable)
Having Experience within a Help Desk, Customer Service Centre or Call Centre environment (desirable)
Competent knowledge of PC functions (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, incident logging software
Knowledge of Networking principles and ability to understand network diagrams (desirable)
Possess Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good English language skills – or*l and Written
