Qualifications :

• Male / Female
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Education minimum D3/S1
• Experiences in IT field minimum 2 years
• Good physical and psychological condition
• Able to communicate well (upward, horizontal, and downward)
• Able to present ideas both spoken and/or written (presentation)
• Having passion for team building
• Having passion to improve higher work achievement
• Highly initiative

Specific Qualifications :

• Understand about IT
• Understand business process/ main process in express, courier, or logistic companies
• Able to lead and communicate message well
• Having endurance to work pressure, both directly or indirectly
• Able to make capacity analysys, improving efficiency and productivity
• Having ability to apply MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) well
• Able to operate internet well
