Lowongan Kerja RECEPTIONIST PT. Alamjaya Makmur Sejahtera​

We are a private consulting company that is recognized leading in providing services for oil & gas industry and the related business.​

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing letter
- Handle visitor with pleasant and polite
- Receive document and package
- Prepare airway bill to all courier company to pick up document or package to be sent
- Cooperate with another staff and as a back up of secretary for hotel and travel arrangement.

Kriteria :
- Woman 21 – 26 Years Old
- Candidate must possess at least DIII or Equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Good command in english (Speaking and Writing) would be advantage
- Good Administration Skills and advance in using microsoft office
- Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure
- Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succed
- Customer & Service oriented person with passion and desire
- Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necesarry to get the job done
- Able to work immediately
- Willing to work in Kuningan, South Jakarta
