1. HRD Manager

Requirements:

- Male, Max. 40 years old
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan or elsewhere as needed
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physcology/Law/Management/Communication from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager, especially with companies that have a large amount of human resources
- Good understanding of all aspects of HR, laws and regulations concerning employment, SOP, recruitment, performance appraisal systems, training and development, compensation and benefits, building structure and systems and other HR

General Conditions:

- Preferably have experience in mining company
- Strong leadership, hardworking, honest, disciplined, conscientious, able to work under pressure and in a minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written



2. Legal Officer


Requirements:

- Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan or elsewhere as needed
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Good understanding of all aspects of Legal, corporate documents, ownership documents of assets, insurance and administrative documents.

General Conditions:

- Preferably have experience in corporate banking and property
- Hardworking, honest, disciplined, conscientious, able to work under pressure and in a minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
