Process Specialist
Responsibilities:
To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Preferably Male
Holding min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
Having good communication & interpersonal skills
Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Good English both or*l & written
Energetic, enthusiast, smart
Willing to work on shift
