3. Trainer Microsoft

Responsibilities:
· Deliver training in accordance with company requirements
· Support the marketing division in term of :
Provide the latest information about Microsoft
Make steps in Microsoft certification provisions for distribution and product knowledge for marketing division
Become a speaker in the implementation of the preview / seminar / workshop
Accompany the marketing team of meet with the client to identify customer needs
· Developing science with respect to the competence
Create customer materials face with the customer needs, good practice for training and new materials
Make the pre test and post test for all materials with respect to the competence
Provide an assessment of the results of pre test and post test performed by the customer
Maintain hardware and software used during the training takes place and the equipment used in the work

Requirements:
Has a teaching experience in the field of IT training services for at least 2 years
Graduated from university with a specialization in computer with GPA minimum 3.0
Has a Microsoft Certification (MCITP)
Has an ability and familiar with Microsoft application
Has an ability to demonstrate good presentation
Has a teaching ability combine with attractiveness and creativity
Has an interest to work in a team
Has an ability to explore and the develop the science that deals with work carried
Polite and friendly
Willing to be assigned out of town for the purpose of teaching
Has an ability to work with tight schedule

Min S1 Psychology/ HR Management / Law minimum GPA : 3,00
Having knowledge in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, Labour Laws & Industrial Relation and HR Procedures
Min 5 year experienced in handling HR Department.
Fluent in English, Competent in Microsoft - Office
Have in depth knowledge and experience in developing and applying HRD Strategy, government regulations, building a good company's culture
Able to work independently or as part of a team
