Translation Rates, Format, and Procedures

A. RATES

Based on Result → The rate is based on the number of translated pages
Chinese – Indo : Rp. 90,000 / page
Indo - Chinese : Rp. 140,000 / page

Based on Original → The rate is based on the number of Chinese character of the original document. Only for original document that is submitted in form of Soft Copy Ms. Word
Chinese – Indo : Rp. 350 / Chinese characters (**Asian Characters)
Indo - Chinese : Rp. 500 / word (**Non Asian Words)

**NB : The numbers of characters / words are calculated by using Ms. Word’s Word Count tool.


B. TRANSLATED DOCUMENT PAGE FORMAT

Paper = A4
Margin = Left, right, up, down @ 1 inch
Spacing = Double
Font = Mandarin -- SimSun 12; Indonesia -- Courier New 12


C. TRANSLATED DOCUMENT FORM

Soft Copy -- Sent via email
Hard Copy -- Additional printing fee Rp. 250 / page, FREE delivery service only in Surabaya area.


D. WORKING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT

-When order is confirmed, the client needs to pay 30% Down Payment of the estimated Total Cost.
-After translation is completed, the translated document will be sent in PDF format which some parts of it are highlighted in black color.
-The clients pay the Balance Payment 70% of the Total Cost.
-Full document will be sent in the format of PDF / JPG / upon client’s request.
