iSurabaya.net is a geolocation-based service application for web and mobile platform which contain all business listing and directories about Surabaya.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated web developer with experience concentrated in PHP/CodeIgniter. This is an opportunity to be an essential contributing member of a fast-paced, dynamic team of very talented and extremely driven engineers.



Responsibilities :

- Develop and Maintain iSurabaya core program and API, act as project designer and manager on new feature development.

- Perform client-side/front-end development utilizing JavaScript, CSS, etc

- Contribute to development life cycle: planning, development, testing, release

- Develop, support, and maintain clean code





Required skills :

- Expertise in relational database schema design, SQL, transactional SQL and optimization

- Demonstrated proficiency with MySQL

- Demonstrated knowledge of object-oriented web design in PHP/CodeIgniter

- Experience working with front end technologies like Dynamic HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript

- Proficiency with Linux-based operating systems

- Experience working in high-performance, high-traffic environments

- Demonstrable aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- Expertise in data-interchange format (JSON/CSV/XML/etc)

- English and Indonesian language on booth or*l and written



Preferred:

- Experience with CodeIgniter, jQuery, MySQL, AJAX

- Interest in or familiarity with mobile community, social network model, gps, geolocation

- Lives in surabaya



We offer very competitive salary; 3-10 millions IDR/month + bonus
